Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, project location, optional Google Maps link, selected service, approximate size, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method, consultation preference and written project details.
For industrial enquiries, you may also provide a company name, GSTIN, building height, cladding requirement and a drawing or BOQ.
02
How we use the information
We use submitted details to understand the project, contact you, plan a site consultation, review material options, prepare a quotation and maintain a lead or project record.
Contact preferences are used only to decide the most appropriate way for our team to respond to your enquiry.
03
Site photographs and drawings
Uploaded site photographs, PDFs and drawings are used for technical review and quotation preparation. They are not treated as permission to publish your property, design or documents.
04
Analytics and lead-source tracking
We may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and advertising conversion tools to understand website usage and actions such as calls, WhatsApp clicks and form submissions.
The website may also record referral source, campaign parameters, landing page and referrer so we can understand which marketing channels generate enquiries. We do not intentionally send enquiry-message content, uploaded site files or form-entered personal details into analytics events.
05
Storage and service providers
Enquiry records may be stored on the website server and sent to the MD FABRICATIONS business email account. Information may be processed by providers used for hosting, email delivery, analytics or project execution when necessary.
We use reasonable technical controls, but no internet transmission or server storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
