Project descriptions, dimensions, member sizes and material explanations are provided to show real work or explain a service. Final structural members, quantities, finishes and execution methods are defined only in the approved quotation, drawing or project document for your site.

Images and design concepts
Completed-project photographs, work-in-progress images and proposed / 3D design concepts are labelled according to their status. A concept image illustrates design intent and is not presented as a completed project.

Quotations and pricing
No website content is a binding quotation. Project price is affected by material specification, thickness, height, access, structural requirement, transport, equipment, civil interface and site conditions.
Taxes, transport, civil work, electrical work, permissions, equipment and exclusions are governed by the written quotation accepted by the customer.

Project scope and site conditions
The customer should disclose known building restrictions, property permissions, concealed services, access constraints and structural concerns. Responsibilities for civil work, electrical work, permissions and other trades are confirmed before execution.

Warranty and maintenance
Warranty is stated in the approved quotation according to the selected material, manufacturer terms, workmanship scope, intended use and applicable exclusions. A single website warranty period does not apply to every project.
Where suitable, an optional paid maintenance / AMC scope may be offered separately after handover.
